• Closing date for the receipt of documents: 17:00, January 9, 2026
• Screening: Written examination and verbal interview from February 10 to February 13, 2026
• Notification of the result of screening: February 24, 2026
• Registration: Beginning of March, 2026
• Enrollment: April 1, 2026

Required Documents

• Application form
• Master's degree certificate or statement that confirms expected graduation
• A certified copy of the applicant's Master's degree thesis
• Academic record (Master's course)
• Letter of recommendation

Screening

The screening will be carried out on the basis of writing tests and an interview held in IGSES, Fukuoka, Japan, as well as the documents submitted.

Entry Requirements

1. Those who hold a Master's degree from a university, or who expect to earn a Master's degree (or equivalent) from a university by March 31, 2024.
2. Those who hold a degree equivalent to a Master's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution in countries other than Japan, or who expect to earn it by March 31, 2024.
3. Those who have completed their formal education nominally in countries other than Japan by taking a correspondence course in Japan and hold a degree equivalent to a Master's degree, or will obtain it by March 31, 2024.
